USER AGREEMENT

1. General provisions of the User Agreement.

1.1. In this document and the relations of the parties arising from or related to it, the following terms and definitions apply:

а The Site is an informational Internet site of domain.com, which is a system of interactive service in real time on the worldwide Internet and includes information services and data provided by the administration of the domain.com site, the mobile version of the domain.com site, and all mobile applications and other domain.com products, as well as services and data provided on the Site by third parties;
• b Agreement - a valid User Agreement with all additions and changes;
c The User is a legal person who has joined this Agreement in his own interests or acts on behalf and in the interests of the legal entity represented by him;
• d Service - a set of services provided to the User using the Site.

1.2. Use of the Service by the User in any way and in any form within its declared functionality, including:

• review of materials posted on the Site;
• registration and/or authorization on the Site;
posting or reproduction on the Site of any materials, including but not limited to: texts, hypertext links, images, audio and video files, information and/or other information, creates a contract on the terms of this Agreement in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

1.3. Having taken advantage of each of the above possibilities for using the Service, the User confirms that:

and Read the terms of this Agreement in full before starting to use the Service. b Accepts all the terms of this Agreement in full and undertakes to comply with them or stop using the Service. If the User does not agree to the terms of this Agreement or does not have the right to concluding a contract based on them, he should immediately stop any use of the Service. The Agreement (including any of its parts) may be changed by the Administration without any special message. The new edition of the Agreement enters into force from the moment of its posting on Websites of the Administration.

1.4. This Agreement applies to relations related to the rights and interests of third parties, who are not Users of the Site, but whose rights and interests may be violated by the actions of Users of the Site.

2. General information

• 2.1. This Agreement is legally binding on both the Administration and the User.
2.2. The user has the right to refuse to accept changes and additions to the Agreement, made by the Administration, which means the User's rejection of the Site Service. 2.3. All possible disputes arising in connection with the execution of this Agreement, are allowed in accordance with the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine. 2.4. Nothing in the Agreement can be understood as establishing between the User and the Administration agency relations, partnership relations, joint activity relations, personal employment relations, or any other legal relationship not expressly provided for in this Agreement. 2.5. A user who believes that his rights and interests have been violated due to actions Administration or third parties in connection with the posting of any Material on the Site, sends a claim to Site support service. The material will be immediately removed from free access at the first legal request right holder 2.6. In the case of the adoption of normative legal acts by the authorities of Ukraine affecting fully or partially functioning of the Site or the Service, the Administration reserves the right to introduce any changes in the functioning of the Service, aimed at bringing the Site's activities into compliance with new norms.

3. Terms of use according to the Agreement

3.1. The site provides Users with the Service and the opportunity to post their materials on free grounds. 3.2. Use of the Service's functionality is allowed only after the User's registration and authorization on the Site in accordance with the procedures established by the Administration procedure:
3.2.1. Fill out the registration form: come up with and enter the account login and password for accessing the Site Services. The user is personally responsible for his safety login and password, and is fully responsible for all actions that will be performed By the User in the process of using the Site Services; 3.2.2. Express agreement with the terms of this Agreement. At the same time, the Administration does not verifies the accuracy of the information provided by the User and is not responsible liability to third parties for the accuracy and truthfulness of such information; does not consider information provided by the User as personal data subject to special protection in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection"; 3.2.3. The user agrees that the Administration has the right to collect and store the User's registration data within the Service in order to fulfill the provisions of this Agreement.
3.3. The login and password chosen by the User are necessary and sufficient information for the User's access to the Site. 3.4. All issues of granting Internet access rights, purchases and debugging for of this corresponding hardware and software is decided by the User independently and not are subject to this Agreement. 3.5. The User's password can be restored by the Administration only in case of exact, correct and complete entry of the information specified during the initial registration by the User of the account recording 3.6. Placement of materials and use of the Service are post-moderated, i.e. the moderator familiarizes himself with the materials after posting such materials by the User on the Site. If any the material violates the terms of use of the Site and/or contains information that contradicts according to the requirements of the current legislation, such material is subject to removal.

4. Terms of use of materials posted on the Site

4.1. The site contains materials protected by copyright, trademarks and other material protected by law, including but not limited to texts, photographs, video materials, graphic images, musical and sound works. 4.2. The entire content of the Site, with the exception of advertising, is protected by copyright as a composite work created by collective creative work in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. 4.3. The provisions specified in this section of the Agreement provide for the protection of interests administration of the Site and third parties who are the owners of the rights to the materials of the Site. At the same time, everyone right holders can exercise their rights specified in this Agreement independently. 4.4. The Site user has no right to make changes, publish, transfer to third parties persons, participate in the sale or assignment, create derivative works or otherwise use, partially or completely, the content of the Site. 4.5. The Site User may download copyrighted materials from the site right, for personal use only. 4.6. Unless otherwise provided by legislation on copyright and related rights, no reproduction, distribution, transfer to third parties, publication or other use in for commercial purposes, materials downloaded from the site, without obtaining the written permission of the Site Administration or other legitimate owner of the exclusive right. 4.7. In case of obtaining permission to copy, distribute, publish or otherwise use of Site materials protected by copyright, such copying, distribution, publication or other use is not permitted without copyright notice or with a change or deletion of the author's name and/or trademark.

6. Termination of account and deletion of User

's materials

6.1. The user agrees that the Administration reserves the right to terminate of the User's account and/or block the User's access to the Site, at any time without prior notice to the User and without specifying the reason, in the following cases:
• 6.1.1. Violation of the provisions of this Agreement, its parts and additions;
6.1.2. According to the relevant record of state authorities, in accordance with the current law legislation; 6.1.3. In cases where the Administration considers such deletion necessary for normal operation of the Site.
6.2. The User may request the Administration to deactivate his account on the Site. Under deactivation should be understood as temporary blocking of the user's account with its preservation (without deletion user information from the Site database). To deactivate the account, the User must write a letter to the Site's support service from the mailbox to which the User's account was registered, with request for account deactivation. 6.3. To restore registration on the Site (account activation), the User must write a letter to the Site support service with a request to activate the User's account, from the mailbox, for which the User's account was registered. 6.4. The Administration reserves the right to change (moderate) or delete any materials published by the User, including materials that violate prohibitions, set out in clause 5.5. of the current Agreement (as well as any other prohibitions and requirements stipulated by the current by the legislation of Ukraine), with or without prior notice, without being liable for any damage, that may be caused to the User by such an action. 6.5. In the case of posting by the User of materials that do not belong to him and receipt from the right holder of a reasoned complaint about the violation of his rights protected by law, the Administration has the right to remove content posted by the User or block access to it by Users without the User's message and without explaining the reasons.

7. Rights and obligations

7.1. The Administration tries to ensure uninterrupted operation of the Site, but is not responsible responsibility for the total or partial loss of materials posted by the User, as well as for insufficient quality or speed of the Service. 7.2. The user has the right to use the Site to place objects of intellectual property property, the right to use of which belongs to him on legal grounds. 7.3. The Administration has the right to deny the User the posting of text materials messages, as well as remove materials at their discretion if their content contradicts the requirements of this agreements 7.4. The user agrees that he is fully responsible for the content materials placed by him on the Site. The administration is not responsible for the content of materials and for their compliance with the requirements of the law, for copyright infringement, as well as for possible infringements rights of third parties in connection with the posting of materials on the Site. In case of receipt of claims from third parties of persons connected with posting of materials, the User settles independently and at his own expense said claims. 7.5. The User grants the Administration a non-exclusive license to use, including reproduction, distribution, processing, public display on the Site and making it known to the public materials posted by the User within the portal for public viewing as Site content. The user, who is the legal author of the materials specified in this paragraph, retains all property and personal non-property copyrights, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and international agreements. 7.6. The user agrees not to reproduce, reproduce or copy, no sell and not resell, and also not use for any commercial purposes any objects intellectual property posted on the Site, except for those cases when such a right is granted by him legal right holder. 7.7. The Administration does not guarantee that the Services of the Site will meet the requirements User; will be provided continuously, quickly, reliably and without errors, and the results that can be received by the User will be accurate and reliable. 7.8. Any materials received by the User using the Site Services, The user uses at his own peril and risk. The user is solely responsible for any damage, which may be inflicted on the computer and/or data as a result of downloading and using these materials 7.9. The Administration undertakes to inform the User about claims of third parties on materials posted by the User. The user undertakes or grants the Administration the right to publish material, or remove material. 7.10. The administration has the right to the first demand of the corresponding authorized person (law enforcement) body, but in accordance with the current legislation, to provide to such a state body available information about the User, including personal data. 7.11. The administration is not responsible for:
• for the User's actions on the Site;
for failures occurring in telecommunication and/or energy networks, the action of malicious programs, and also for dishonest actions of third parties; for the content and legality of the Information used/received by the User within the Service, a also for her character; for damage/lost profit caused to the User as a result of use or impossibility use of this or that Service; for the reliability and quality of advertising information received by the User within the Service goods/services etc. advertised in it; for certain damages to the User's software and/or hardware complex that occurred as a result use of the Service.
